Auburn Engineering is a world-class Low-volume Production and Rapid Prototyping Company in our 18th year of service. Industries that we serve include: automotive, consumer, lawn & garden, heavy truck, appliance, furniture, medical and a variety of other product markets. Auburn is headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, which also serves as our main engineering and rapid prototyping facility. We have four facilities total, including a technical center in Huntsville, Alabama; for a combined 150,000 sq.ft. of space to support your needs. With our large injection molding and tooling facility we are able to support your low volume production needs with a range of 75 ton to 1500 ton capacity in-house. We can support up to 3000 ton outsourced.

We can support all phases of a program from initial concept design through production launch. We are your source for low-volume production molding and assemblies. Boasting one of the industries finest tooling facilities, we can complete your tooling quickly and precisely using both traditional and innovative
methods. We can help you verify your designs using either SLA (stereolithography) or SLS (selective laser sintering). Currently we run 4 SLA machines and 2 SLS machines and offer materials with physical properties that can closely simulate production materials like TPE, polypropylene and clear acrylic. We have a large pattern shop for production-like finishing and producing rubber tooling and urethane castings.
